Return Policy at DJ Label


Our policy is as follows:

Please contact us if you receive a product that is either not working or not the product you ordered. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Label for UPS. This will be mailed to you to apply to the sealed package for return. When we receive the returned merchandise we will issue a credit to you. If you have an open account with us, a credit will be issued to your account. If you have any questions please contact us. Orders returned due to other reasons may incurred a 15% restocking fee.


DJ Label & Ribbon Supply manufacture warranty is as follows:

DJ Label warranties each cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of 6 (six) months. All products meet or exceed OEM Specifications. We will replace any laser printer cartridges found to be defective. We also warrant that, subject to the conditions below and under normal use, that our laser cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer. If a defect in a Manufactures cartridge causes a printer to fail, the we will reimburse the customer the full amount for all service and repair of the printer. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in the cartridge supplied by us, including a written statement on an authorized service company's letterhead dated and signed by the company's field sales or service representative. The product that caused the damage must also be returned. DJ Label Company's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. The tampering of any product supplied by DJ Label Supply by any persons voids all warranties and releases DJ Label Supply's liability as stated above. All returns must be in the original packaging with protection. Any return without proper protection packaging will not receive credit.
